Technical Details
Aluminium Posts
Our aluminium posts are available in three colours: black, dark grey, and white. They are purpose-built to work seamlessly with our 18mm Wood Plastic Composite (PVC) screens.
Each post is manufactured with three continuous vertical channels, allowing the same post to be used for straight runs or corner installations. Two blanking strips are supplied with each post to close off any unused channels.
Posts are supplied complete with colour-matched aluminium post caps.
Above-ground fixing:
Each post is supplied with a welded base flange and fixing bolts. This fixing method must only be used on hard, solid surfaces such as reinforced concrete or solid masonry.
Below-ground fixing:
Where installation is onto hollow bricks, blockwork, or any non-solid surface, a below-ground fixing method is required. In these cases, posts must be supplied with an additional 150mm length and set into concrete to ensure adequate strength and stability.
Post height:
Standard post heights are available. Taller posts can be supplied on request—please contact us prior to ordering.
To complete the installation, a 150 × 150mm aluminium base cover is supplied to conceal fixings and provide a clean, finished appearance.

WPC Screen Specifications

Provide a clean, professional finish
For installations requiring increased height, panels may be stacked vertically. An aluminium H-channel profile must be installed between each panel to ensure correct alignment, stability, and structural integrity.
